Gurgaon Gramin Bank, Gurgaon, Haryana, has invited applications from well-qualified and capable Indian citizens for recruitment 2012, for various posts. The recruitment is to be done for the following positions:

• Officer Middle Management Grade (MMG) Scale III - Group A
• Officer Middle Management Grade (MMG) Scale II - Group A
• Officer Junior Management Grade (JMG) Scale I - Group A
• Office Assistants (Multipurpose) - Group B

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the written test followed by personal interview.
• The Written Test will be held on April 8 2012, for the post of Office Assistants (Multipurpose), and on  15^th April, 2012, for the post of Officers MMG Scale III, MMG Scale II & JMG Scale I. The written test will be conducted at Gurgaon, Faridabad, Palwal, Narnaul, Rewari and Sonipat centers.
• The examination schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ call letter.
• Candidates can register online by visiting the official website of Gurgaon Gramin Bank: http://www.ggbank.org/.
• The online registration commences from  3^rd March, 2012 and will close on  15^th March, 2012. Candidates should fill all the details correctly else their form will be rejected.

Eligibility Conditions 

For Officer MMG Scale III

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Banking / Finance / Marketing / Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture / Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation / Information Technology / Management / Law / Economics / Accountancy with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as an Officer in any Bank / Financial Institutions.

For Officer MMG Scale II

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology with one year of working experience in the relevant field Or
• MBA Degree in Marketing from a recognized University / Institute with one year of working experience in the relevant field Or
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Dairy / Animal Husbandry / Forestry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture / or its equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute with two years of working experience in Agriculture Finance Or
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Banking / Finance / Marketing / Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture / Information Technology / Management / Law / Economics / Commerce / Accountancy with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute with two years of working experience as an officer in Bank / Financial Institution.

For Officer JMG Scale I

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture / Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation / Information Technology / Management / Law / Economics / Accountancy or its equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
• Good command over Hindi language
• Good knowledge of Computer Applications
• Office Assistants (Multipurpose)
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
• Good command over local language
• Good knowledge of Computer Skills 

Required Age

• 21 - 40 years: Officer MMG Scale III
• 21 - 32 years: Officer MMG Scale II
• 18 - 28 years: Officer JMG Scale I & Office Assistants 

Age relaxation for the SC / ST / OBC / PWD / EXS candidates as per Government norms 

Application Fee

• Rs 500/- For Officer MMG Scale III / II (General / OBC candidates)
• Rs 400/- For Officer JMG Scale I & Office Assistants (General / OBC candidates)
• Rs 50/- SC / ST / PWD 

How to Apply

• Candidates, who fill the eligibility criteria and willing to apply, can fill online application form by visiting the official link of Gurgaon Gramin Bank: http://www.ggbank.org/
• Online registration begins from  3th March, 2012 and will close on  15^th March, 2012.
• Before filling the application form candidates are required to pay-in the application fee of Rs 500/- / Rs 400/- / Rs 50/- through Challan, which can be downloaded from the official website of Gurgaon Gramin Bank.
• Candidates can pay the fee amount in any branch of Syndicate Bank, in the Account No. and Account Name mention on the Challan.
• After paying the application fee through Challan, bank will generate a Transaction ID, Branch Name, Branch Code Number and a Date of Deposit, which candidates are required to fill in the online application form for completing their form.
• Candidates should keep the candidate’s Challan copy with them as prove, as it would be submitted at the time of written test, with affix passport size photograph and duly signed by candidates
• After successful submitting of application form, the system will generate a Registration Number and Password, which candidates are required to keep with them as a future reference.
• After submitting the application form, candidates should take print out of the filled application form, as it will be submitted at the time of Interview.
• Candidates can download the their call letter from the Bank’s official website from  28^th March, 2012 to  7^th April, 2012 for the post of Office Assistants, and from  3^rd April, 2012 till  14^th April, 2012 for the post of Officer MMG Scale III, MMG Scale II & JMG Scale I.
