Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) program for 2012-13.

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidate should possess BDS qualification from college/university, duly recognized by DCI and Govt of /India
  
  
• Candidates should have permanent registration of Dental Council of India/State Council.

How to Apply

• Application forms shall be available from the College Campus, 157/F Nilgunj Road, Panihati, Kolkata – 700114 against payment of Rs.5000 in cash/DD.
  
  
• Application form also can be downloaded from the website www.gnidsr.ac.inand to be submitted to the admission coordinator at Institue with a DD of Rs.5000 in favor of Guru Nanak Institute of Dental Sciences and Research and Hospital, payable at Kolkata or in cash.
  
  
• Application form duly completed in all respects should be submitted on or before 25^th Apr, 2012.
  
  
• For downloaded application form requires Rs.5000 (DD or cash) at the time of submission of application form.

Selection Procedure

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of score obtained by the candidates in an admission test conducted by the university.
