Applications are invited from well-educated, dynamic, talented and skilful Indian candidates for the following positions:

• Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale-III)
• Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale-II) (General Banking Officer / Chartered Accountants / Treasury Manager)
• Officer in Junior Management (Scale I)
• Office Assistants (Multipurpose) 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of valid score of IBPS Common Written Examination RRBs September 2012 and Personal Interview. The interview will be held at Rohtak center. The interview schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ call letter.

Eligibility Conditions 

For Officer Scale III

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking / Finance / Marketing / Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Agriculture Engineering / Pisciculture / Agricultural Marketing & Co-Operation / Information Technology / Management / Law / Economics / Accountancy with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University
  
  
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as an Officer in any Bank / Financial Institution
  
  
• Should have proficiency in local language
  
  
• Must have local language as one of the main subjects at Matriculation / SSC / Graduation or its equivalent level
  
  
• Should have a valid score of IBPS CWE RRBs September 2012, Qualifying Standard Score in each test of minimum 19 & above (General / OBC) and minimum 17 & above (SC / ST / PWD / EXS), and TWSS of minimum 114 (General / OBC) and minimum 109 (SC / ST / PWD / EXS)

For Officer Scale II

• General Banking Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking / Finance / Marketing / Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Agriculture Engineering / Pisciculture / Agricultural Marketing & Co-Operation / Information Technology / Management / Law / Economics / Accountancy with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University, and minimum two years of work experience as an Officer in a Bank / Financial Institution
                  Or
  Chartered Accountant: Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with minimum one year of work experience in the relevant field
                 Or
  Treasury Manager: Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Master’s Degree in Finance from a recognized University / Institute with minimum one year of work experience in the relevant field
  
  
• Should have proficiency in local language
  
  
• Must have local language as one of the main subjects at Matriculation / SSC / Graduation or its equivalent level
  
  
• Should have a valid score of IBPS CWE RRBs September 2012, Qualifying Standard Score in each test of minimum 19 & above (General / OBC) and minimum 17 & above (SC / ST / PWD / EXS), and TWSS of minimum 114 (General / OBC) and minimum 106 (SC / ST / PWD / EXS)

For Officer Scale I

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have proficiency in local language
  
  
• Must have local language as one of the main subjects at Matriculation / SSC / Graduation or its equivalent level
  
  
• Should have a valid score of IBPS CWE RRBs September 2012, Qualifying Standard Score in each test of minimum 19 & above (General / OBC) and minimum 17 & above (SC / ST / PWD / EXS), and TWSS of minimum 103 (General / OBC) and minimum 97 (SC / ST / PWD / EXS)

For Office Assistants (Multipurpose)

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have proficiency in local language
  
  
• Must have local language as one of the main subjects at Matriculation / SSC / Graduation or its equivalent level
  
  
• Should have a valid score of IBPS CWE RRBs September 2012, Qualifying Standard Score in each test of minimum 19 & above (General / OBC) and minimum 17 & above (SC / ST / PWD / EXS)

Age Limit

• 40 years: Officer Scale III
• 21 - 32 years: Officer Scale II
• 18 - 28 years: Officer Scale I & Office Assistants
• Age relaxation for the SC / ST / OBC / PWD / EXS candidates provided as per Government norms 

Application Fee

• Officer (Scale I / II / III): Rs.100 (General / Others) & Rs.20 (SC / ST / PWD candidates)
• Office Assistants: Rs.100 (General / Others) & Rs.20 (SC / ST / PWD candidates) 

How to Apply

• Candidates, willing to apply, can register online, by filling the online application form available on the official link of HGB: http://hgb.co.in/Recruitment.html
  
  
• Online registration commences from 23^rd Nov, 2012 and will close on 8^th Dec, 2012.
  
  
• Candidates can make the payment of the application fees of Rs.100 / Rs.20 through Challan, which can be downloaded from the official website of the bank.
  
  
• Candidates can pay the application fees in any branch of Haryana Gramin Bank or Punjab National Bank, in the Haryana Gramin Bank CBS Account No. 80562100003427, or Punjab National Bank CBS Account No. 0838001700002883, from 23^rd Nov, 2012 till 8^th Dec, 2012.
  
  
• After paying the application fees, the bank will generate a complete Application Fee Payment Challan with details of Branch Name & Code No., Transaction Id / Scroll No., and Date of Deposit & Amount, which candidates are required to fill in the online application form for its completion.
  
  
• After successful submission of the online application form, the system will generate a complete online application form, which candidates should print out and keep with them, as it will have to be submitted at the time of interview.
