Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the recruitment of 166 Office Assistant (Multipurpose) posts. Candidates who have appeared in the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and have valid score card can apply through online from 11^th Jun, 2013 to 24^th Jun, 2013.

Age Limit

Candidate’s age limit is 18-28 years as on 1^st Jun, 2012. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates must possess Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with proficiency in local language. 

How to Apply

• Interested candidates can apply online through bank’s website www.hgb.co.in by filling all the mandatory details from 11^th Jun, 2013 to 24^th Jun, 2013. Printed online application form, original CBS Challan, Call letter and all relevant original certificates and attested copies of required documents must be produced at the time of interview.

Selection Process

• Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview. 

IBPS Score Card (CWE) Details

• Candidates who have valid score card with 89 & above for SC/ SC-PWD/ SC-EXS and 95 & above for OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ GEN-PWD/ OBC-EXS/ GEN-EXS. 

Application Fee

• Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.20 for SC/ ST/ PWD/ EXSM and Rs.100 for all others in the form of Challan (available in the Bank’s website) through CBS (Account No 80562100003427) at any of the Branches of Haryana Gramin Bank from 11^th Jun, 2013 to 24^th Jun, 2013. 

Instructions to Apply Online

• Log on to www.hgb.co.in and click on the link “Recruitment”.
  
  
• Take print out of fee payment Challan and pay the fee as mentioned above.
  
  
• Apply online by re-visiting the Bank’s website.
  
  
• Fill all the mandatory details and submit error free online application form.
  
  
• Candidates must retain print out of online application form and fee payment receipt for future use.
