Applications are invited from highly educated and capable candidates of Haryana State, for the positions of Medical Officers in Haryana Civil Medical Service (HCMS II). 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in personal interview. The recruitment panel of Haryana Health Department will short-list candidates on the basis of their academic and professional qualification, and call them for interview. The interview is scheduled to be held from 28^th Mar, 2013 onwards, at the Office of DGHS, Haryana, Sector 6, Panchkula. 

• The “Roll Number” of the short-listed candidates will be published on the official website of Haryana Health Department: http://haryanahealth.nic.in/. For complete details regarding the recruitment, candidates can visit the abovementioned official website of Haryana Health Department. 

Eligibility Conditions

• MBBS Degree from a Medical Council of India (MCI) approved University / College.
  
  
• Should have registered with Haryana or Punjab Medical Council or with any other duly constituted Medical Council of India.
  
  
• Should possess adequate knowledge of Hindi and Sanskrit.
  
  
• Candidates, who have Post Graduate Degree in Medical Sciences, and possess experience in Professional Work / Services in rural areas, will be given preferred.

Application Fee

• Rs.500: For General Category & Dependent of ESM candidates
• Rs.250: For SC/BC/PH/ESM candidates of Haryana

• Application fee is to be deposited in the Haryana Government Treasury, under the Head Treasury Major Head 0210, Sub Major Head 04, Minor Head 800 Sub Head 9851, Medical and Public Health 0210, Urban Health Services 01, Other Receipt 800, and Other Items 92.
  
  
• In addition, application fee can also be paid through Demand Draft (DD), drawn on any nationalized bank, in favor of Director General Health Services, Haryana, Panchkula, payable at Panchkula.
  
  
• Application Form, duly complete in all respect as per the given format, along with the DD (if required), two recent passport size photographs, and attested copies of all requisite documents, should be submitted (in-person) or sent (By post) to:
