Eligibility Conditions

For Assistant Town Planner

• Master’s Degree / Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning / Urban Planning / Regional Planning or M Tech degree in Planning (Urban, Traffic and Transport, Housing, Infrastructure) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute Or B Tech degree in Planning from a recognized Institute / University with minimum two years of working experience in the field of Town Planning under a qualified Town Planner
• Should have Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard
• Candidates should be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 40 years

For Manager (IA)

• BE / B Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
• MBA degree as additional qualification, will be preferred
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Development / Creation and Maintenance of Industrial Infrastructure
• Should have Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard
• Candidates should be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 40 years

For Manager (Accounts)

• CA / ICWA degree from a recognized Institute
• Minimum two years of post qualification experience in Industry / Financial Institution / Banks in the Accounts stream
• MBA degree as additional qualification, will be preferred
• Should have Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard
• Candidates should be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 45 years

For District Ayurvedic Officer (Grade B)

• Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Unani System of Medicine from a recognized University / Institution
• Minimum 6 years of working experience as Chikitsak (Physician/ Resident Physician (Ayurvedic / Unani) Or minimum 8 years of working experience as Ayurvedic Medical Officer / Unani Medical Officer in a Dispensary / Hospital run by Government / organized private agency
• Should have Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard
• Candidates should be above the age of 32 years and below the age of 45 years

For Superintendent (Legal)

• BA LLB degree from a recognized University / Institution
• Should have knowledge of Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard or 10+2 / BA degree / MA degree with Hindi as one of the subject
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the relevant field Or have practiced at the Bar for a period minimum five years
• Candidates should be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 40 years

For Assistant District Attorney

• Bachelor’s degree of Laws (Professional) from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council
• Should have knowledge of Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard or 10+2 / BA degree / MA degree with Hindi as one of the subject
• Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 40 years

For Assistant Engineer (Electrical)

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institution
• Should have Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard
• Candidates should be above the age of 20 years and below the age of 40 years

For Sub Divisional Officer (H.V.S.)

• Bachelor’s degree of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from a recognized University / Institution with minimum 8 years of working experience in the respective field Or
• Master’s degree of Veterinary Science in the respective field from a recognized University / Institution with minimum 5 years of working experience in the respective field
• Should have Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard
• Candidates should be above the age of 32 years and below the age of 45 years

For Assistant Engineer (Civil)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard
• Candidates should be above the age of 20 years and below the age of 40 years

For Economist (HAS I)

• Master’s Degree in Mathematics / Statistics or M Sc degree in Agricultural Economics / Agricultural Statistics with 2^nd class division from a recognized University / Institute
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in organizing large scale surveys relating to Agriculture
• Should have Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard
• Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 40 years

For Water Development Specialist (HAS II)

• M Sc degree (Geology) or BE degree in Civil Engineering rom a recognized University / Institute
• Good working knowledge on Computer
• Should have knowledge of Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard or 10+2 / BA degree / MA degree with Hindi as one of the subject
• Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 40 years

For Assistant Agriculture Engineer (HAS II)

• B Sc degree (Agriculture Engineering) or B Tech degree (Agriculture Engineering) from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have knowledge of Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard or 10+2 / BA degree / MA degree with Hindi as one of the subject
• Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 40 years

For Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer / Subject Matter Specialist / Agriculture Information Officer / Quality Control Inspector / Assistant Cane Development Officer / Assistant Plant Protection Officer (HAS II)

• B Sc (Honors) degree in Agriculture from a recognized University / Institute
• M Sc degree in Agriculture with 2^nd class division from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have knowledge of Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard or 10+2 / BA degree / MA degree with Hindi as one of the subject

For Assistant Soil Conservation Officer / Soil Testing Officer / Soil Survey Officer (HAS II)

• B Sc (Honors) degree in Agriculture from a recognized University / Institute
• M Sc degree in Soil Science / Agronomy / Agriculture Chemistry / Agriculture Engineering / B E degree (Civil) with 2^nd class division from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have knowledge of Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard or 10+2 / BA degree / MA degree with Hindi as one of the subject

For Assistant Statistical Officer (HAS II)

• Master’s Degree in Statistics / Economics with Statistics / Mathematics or Statistics / Agriculture Economics with Statistics from a recognized University / Institution
• Should have knowledge of Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard or 10+2 / BA degree / MA degree with Hindi as one of the subject
• Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 40 years

For Lecturer / Assistant Professor (College Cadre) HES II (Hindi, English, Geography, History, Economics, Sanskrit, Political Science, Computer Science, Commerce, Mathematics, Music (V), Psychology, Punjabi, Zoology, Physics, Botany, Sociology)

• Master’s degree in the relevant subject with minimum 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have knowledge of Hindi / Sanskrit language upto Matric Standard
• Should have qualified the NET / SLET in the relevant subject or PhD degree in the relevant subject from a recognized University / Institute

• Candidates can apply in the prescribed format mentioned on the official link of HPSC: http://hpsc.gov.in/Advertisement/Advertisement%20No.%204Posts.pdf.
• For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain the Indian Postal Order / DD for Rs 500 / Rs 125, drawn in favor of Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission, payable at Panchkula.
• Willing candidates can obtain the application form & detailed information of posts directly from the HPSC office in the reverse cash payment of Rs 500 / Rs 125.
• Candidates can also obtain the form by sending the IPO / DD of Rs 500 / Rs 125 along with the self-addressed envelope (24x11 cm) duly stamped with Rs 50, to the Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission, Bays No 1-10, Block-B, Sector 4, Panchkula (Haryana) - 134112, before November 20, 2011
• Application form duly complete in all respect along with the photocopies of all relevant certificates, should be submitted to the Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission, Bays No 1-10, Block-B, Sector 4, Panchkula (Haryana) – 134112, before November 30, 2011.
