Applications are invited from qualified, capable and skilled candidates for the following positions:

• MIS Coordinator
• Accountants 

Note

• Candidates’ appointment is to be done on contract basis for a period of one year, which can be extended further as per their performance and organization requirement. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Written Test and Interview. Only written test qualified candidates will be called for the interview. The test schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidate’s admit card.

Eligibility Conditions 

For MIS Coordinator

• Master’s Degree in Computer Application or M.Sc Degree in Computer Science with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum two years of work experience as Junior Programmer

For Accountants

• Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce with 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Accounts in a reputed organization
  
  
• Should have good knowledge of Accounts Software (Tally 9.0 ERP)
  
  
• Should have sound knowledge of Computer - MS Office including Excel, Access & Power Point 

Age Limit

• Candidates should be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 40 years. 

Application Fee

• Rs.500: General / Other candidates
• Rs.250: SC/BC/ESM/PHC candidates
• Rs.20 (Bank Charges): Mandatory for all

• The last date for online registration is 14th Mar, 2013 till 05.00 pm.
  
  
• After successful submission of the online application form, the system will generate an Acknowledgement Slip with unique Registration No. & Password, and Challan copy, which candidates should print out and use it for the further process.
  
  
• Candidates should pay the application fees, through Challan in any branch of Axis Bank, in the Account No. mention on the Challan, on or before 15th Mar, 2013.
  
  
• Candidates should take two prints of Acknowledgement Slip (affix passport size photographs & attested by Gazetted Officer) as it will be submitted at the time of test / interview along with Challan copy.
