Age Limit

The age of the candidate applying for the position of clerk should not less than 17 years and should not more than 42 years.

Qualification

Candidates applying for the position of clerk should have passed +2 class examination board standard class / +2 class examination board standard class with first division / graduation or its equivalent from a recognized university / institute / college / board with Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matriculation class examination board standard class or higher class examination board standard class.

Selection Procedure

The selection of the candidates applying for the position of clerk will be on the basis of written examination and personal interview depending on the number of applications received.

Application fee

Candidates are required to pay application fee Rs 100/- for general categories candidates (Male / Female) and Rs 50/- for general (Female resident only) categories candidates and Rs 25/- for male categories candidates of SC / BC / SBC / EBPG categories candidates of Haryana state only and Rs. 13/- for female categories candidates of SC / BSC / SBC / EBPG categories candidates of Haryana state only. Candidates have to pay fee through net banking or e – Challan in any branch of state bank of India / state bank of Patiala / Punjab National bank and IDBI bank after 48 hours of registration of online application form.
