Eligibility Conditions
For Clerk
- 10+2/10+2 First Division/Graduation or its equivalent from a recognised board/ university. Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.
For Steno - Typist (Hindi)
- 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent.
- Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 64 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 11 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%.
- Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.
For Steno - Typist (English)
- 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent.
- English Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%.
- Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.
For Steno - Typist (Both Language)
- 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent.
- English Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%.
- Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 64 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 11 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%.
- Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.
For Junior Scale Stenographer (English)
- 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent.
- English Shorthand at a speed of 100 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 20 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%.
- Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.
For Junior Scale Stenographer (Hindi)
- 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent.
- Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%.
- Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.
For Junior Scale Stenographer (Both Languages)

For Senior Scale Stenographer (English)
- 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent. ii). English Shorthand at a speed of 100 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 20 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 4%. iii). Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.
For Senior Scale Stenographer (Hindi)
- 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent.
- Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 4%.
- Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
For Senior Scale Stenographer (Both Language)
- 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent from a recognised board/ university.

For Drivers (Light Transport Vehicle)
- Middle/ Matric or its equivalent form recognised board.
- Knowledge Hindi/Sanskrit up to Middle/Matric standard.
- Valid driving licence for Light Transport Vehicle (LTV).
- 2/3/5 years experience of Light Transport Vehicle (LTV).
For Drivers (Heavy Transport Vehicle)
- Middle/ Matric or its equivalent form recognised board.
- Knowledge Hindi/Sanskrit up to Middle/ Matric standard.
- Valid driving licence for Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV).
- 2/3/5 years experience of Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV).
Application Fee
- Rs.150 for General Male/ Female candidates, Rs.75 for Female of Haryana resident only, Rs.35 for Male SC/ BC/ SBC/ EBPG candidates of Haryana only and Rs.18 for female SC/BC/SBC/EBPG Candidates of Haryana only.
- Rs.100 for General Male/ Female candidates, Rs.50 for Female of Haryana resident only, Rs.25 for Male SC/ BC/ SBC/ EBPG candidates of Haryana only and Rs.13 for female SC/BC/SBC/EBPG Candidates of Haryana only.
