Eligibility Conditions

For Clerk

  • 10+2/10+2 First Division/Graduation or its equivalent from a recognised board/ university. Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.

For Steno - Typist (Hindi)

  • 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent.
  • Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 64 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 11 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%.
  • Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.

For Steno - Typist (English)

  • 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent.
  • English Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%.
  • Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.

For  Steno - Typist (Both Language)

  • 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent.
  • English Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%.
  • Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 64 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 11 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%.
  • Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.

For Junior Scale Stenographer (English)

  • 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent.
  • English Shorthand at a speed of 100 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 20 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%.
  • Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.

For Junior Scale Stenographer (Hindi)

  • 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent.
  • Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%.
  • Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.

For Junior Scale Stenographer (Both Languages)

  • 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent. ii). English Shorthand at a speed of 100 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 20 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%. iii). Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%. iv). Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.

For Senior Scale Stenographer (English)

  • 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent. ii). English Shorthand at a speed of 100 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 20 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 4%. iii). Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.

For Senior Scale Stenographer (Hindi)

  • 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent.
  • Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 4%.
  • Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

For Senior Scale Stenographer (Both Language)

  • 10+2/10+2 1st Division/ Graduation or its equivalent from a recognised board/ university.
  • English Shorthand at a speed of 100 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 20 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 4%.
  • Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 4%. iv). Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.

For Drivers (Light Transport Vehicle)

  • Middle/ Matric or its equivalent form recognised board.
  • Knowledge Hindi/Sanskrit up to Middle/Matric standard.
  • Valid driving licence for Light Transport Vehicle (LTV).
  • 2/3/5 years experience of Light Transport Vehicle (LTV).

For Drivers (Heavy Transport Vehicle)

  • Middle/ Matric or its equivalent form recognised board.
  • Knowledge Hindi/Sanskrit up to Middle/ Matric standard.
  • Valid driving licence for Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV).
  •  2/3/5 years experience of Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV).

Application Fee

  • Rs.150 for General Male/ Female candidates, Rs.75 for Female of Haryana resident only, Rs.35 for Male SC/ BC/ SBC/ EBPG candidates of Haryana only and Rs.18 for female SC/BC/SBC/EBPG Candidates of Haryana only.

  • Rs.100 for General Male/ Female candidates, Rs.50 for Female of Haryana resident only, Rs.25 for Male SC/ BC/ SBC/ EBPG candidates of Haryana only and Rs.13 for female SC/BC/SBC/EBPG Candidates of Haryana only.
