HCS (JUDICIAL BRANCH) PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION - 2OI2
It is announced for the general information of the candidates who have applied in
response to Advertisement No. 03 I 2012 published on 17.12.2012 in various News papers,
that
the HCS (Judicial Branch) Preliminary Examination-20l2will be held on 17ft March,2013
(Sunday)
from 12.00 Qr{oon) to 02.00 P.M. at Panchkula & chandigarh. Admit cards are being
dispatched to the individual candidate. If any candidate does not receive his/her Admit Card upto
14'03'2013, he/she may contact the Commission's office personally on 15th and 16ft March,
2013 during the office hours for duplicate Admit card. It is made clear that admission to this
Examination is provisional and subject to the fulfilment of eligibility conditions and correctness
of facts submitted by the candidates in their application forms.
The Candidates who find any error i.e. wrong entry of Name, Category, Date of Birth etc.
in their Admit Cards, may contact the Commission's office on 15th and 16ft March, 2013 for
necessary rectifi cations.
Note:- A Physically Handicapped (Partially Blind) candidate who wants the help of scribe
for writing his/her paper may apply to the commission for seeking permission of having a
scribe atleast 10 days before the commencement of the preliminary
Examination. No such
permission will be granted by the Centre Supervisor in the Examination Hall.
