with the bank proof (bank receipt/counter foil in original) of prescribed fee and a self addressed envelope (size 30cm x 22cm).
Candidates can download the application form from the university website, which can be sent to the university with the proof of deposited prescribed fee.

Selection Procedure

Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the entrance examination conducted by the institute.

Start date of availability of application form: 10^th Apr, 2014.
Last date of receipt of application form: 5^th May, 2014.
Last date for the receipt of filled-in application forms by hand for entrance test: 5^th May, 2014.
Last date for the receipt of filled-in application forms by hand for entrance test by post: 10^th May, 2014.
Date of entrance test: 2^nd Jun, 2014 to 5^th Jun, 2014.
