All the eligible candidates are invited for the post of University Controller of Examinations.

Note

Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of qualification, working experience and interview.

Eligibility Conditions

Master’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalentgrade of B in the UGC Seven Point Scale from a recognized University / Institute
Minimum 15 years of working experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs 7000/- and above or minimum 8 years of service in the AGP of Rs 8000/- and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration Or
Should have comparable experience in research establishment and / or other institutions of higher education Or
Minimum 15 years of administrative experience, out of which 8 years shall be as
Deputy Registrar or its equivalent post in the GP of Rs 7600/-
PhD Degree is desirable
Candidates should be below the age of 57 years.

For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs 500 /- Rs 300/-, drawn in favor of Finance Officer, HNBGU, Srinagar, Garhwal.
Application form duly complete in all respect, along with the DD and self-attested photocopies of all the relevant certificates, should be submitted to the Registrar (Recruitment Cell), HNB Garhwal University, Srinagar - Dist. Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand - 246174, by registered / speed post, before January 31, 2012.
Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of Controller of Examinations” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
