Applications are invited from eligible and skilled candidates for the posts of Stenographer. 

Note

• Candidates’ selection is to be done on the basis of Preliminary Examination, followed by Main Examination and Personal Interview. The preliminary examination is scheduled to be held on 23^rd Dec, 2012, at Jabalpur, Indore and Gwalior centers. The examination schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ admit card. 

• Candidates qualified in the preliminary examination will be called for the main examination. The list of short-listed candidates will be announced on the official website of Madhya Pradesh High Court. The main examination schedule will be announced after preliminary exam, by the selection committee. 

• Candidates can register online by visiting the official website of MP Online Ltd: https://www.mponline.gov.in/. The last date for online registration is 19^th Mar, 2012. Eligibility Conditions

• Must be an Indian Citizen
  
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have passed English Shorthand Examination with minimum speed of 80 WPM from a recognized Board of Shorthand & Typewriting
  
  
• Good knowledge of Computer Application

Required Age

• Candidates should be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 35 years (male) or 45 years (female)
• Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PH / State Govt. employees provided as per organization norms

Application Fee

• Rs.400: General candidates
• Rs.200: SC / ST / OBC / PH candidates
• Rs.50 (Portal Charges): Mandatory for all

• Willing candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of MP online Ltd: https://www.mponline.gov.in/
  
  
• The last date of online registration for preliminary examination is 11^th Sep, 2012.
  
  
• Candidates can make the fee payment of Rs.400 / Rs.200 through Credit Card / Internet Banking or Kiosk.
  
  
• After successful submission of the application form, the system will generate a complete application form, which candidates should take a printout and keep it with them for the future reference.
  
  
• List of qualified candidates in the preliminary examination will be displayed on the official website of MP High Court.
