• Treasury Challan of Rs.100 (Rs.50 for SC/ ST) deposited under the Head of Accounts 0070 – other administrative service – 800 – other receipts 01 Admn. of Justice.

• The completed application in the prescribed format along with all relevant documents should reach the office of the Registrar General, The High Court of Meghalaya, Shillong.
