All the eligible candidates aee invited for following various posts:

• Officer Middle Management Grade (MMG) Scale II-Group A
• Officer Junior Management Grade (JMG) Scale I-Group A
• Office Assistants (Multipurpose)-Group B

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the written test, followed by personal interview.
• The Written Test will be held on  25^th March, 2012 for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and on  18^th March, 2012 for the post of Officer MMG Scale II & JMG Scale I. The written test will be conducted at Mandi, Dharamshala and Shimla. The examination schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ call letter.
• Candidates can register online by visiting the official website of Himachal Gramin Bank: http://ibpsreg.sifyitest.com/hgbankjan12/.
• The online registration began on  17^th Jan, 2012 and will close on  16^th feb, 2012.
• Candidates should fill all the details correctly, else their form will be rejected.

Eligibility Conditions

For Officer MMG Scale II

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology / Law or MBA Degree in Finance / HR or Chartered Accountant or Master’s Degree in Social Work or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant field

For Officer JMG Scale I

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
• Degree / Diploma in Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture / Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation / Information Technology / Management / Law / Economics / Accountancy from a recognized University / Institute will be preferred.
• Good command over Hindi language
• Good knowledge of Computer Applications

For Office Assistants (Multipurpose)

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
• Good command over Hindi language
• Good knowledge of Computer Skills

Required Age

• 21 - 32 years: Officer MMG Scale II
• 18 - 28 years: Officer JMG Scale I & Office Assistants
• Age relaxation for the SC / ST / OBC / PWD / EXS candidates as per Government norms

Application Fee

• Rs 500/- General / OBC / EXS
• Rs 100/- SC / ST / PWD

How to Apply

• Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to apply, can fill the online application form by visiting the official link of Himachal Gramin Bank: http://ibpsreg.sifyitest.com/hgbankjan12/
• Before filling the application form, candidates are required to pay-in the application fee of Rs 500 /- Rs 100/- through Challan, which can be downloaded from the official link Himachal Gramin Bank: http://www.himachalgraminbank.org/recruit-new.html
• Candidates can pay the fee amount in any branch of Himachal Gramin Bank or Punjab National Bank, in the Account No. mentioned on the Challan.
• Candidates can pay the fee amount from  17^th Jan, 2012 till  16^th Feb, 2012.
• After paying the application fee through Challan, the Bank will generate a Transaction ID, Branch Name, Branch Code Number and a Date of Deposit, which the candidates are required to fill in the online application form for completing their form.
• Candidates should keep the Candidate’s Challan copy with them as proof, as it would have to be submitted at the time of written test, with affixed passport-size photograph duly signed by candidates.
• After successful submitting of the application form, the system will generate a Registration Number and Password, which candidates are required to keep with them as future reference.
• After submitting the application form, candidates should take a printout of the filled application form, as it would have to be submitted at the time of Interview.
• Candidates can download their call letter from the Bank’s official website from  12^th March, 2011 to  23^rd March, 2011 for the post of Office Assistants and from  6^th March, 2011 till   16^th March, 2011 for the post of Officer MMG Scale II & JMG I.
