Note

Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in Interview, to be conducted by the selection committee of HPPSC. In case of large number of application is received by the commission, the selection committee will conduct a screening test / written test in order to short-list the candidates for interview.

Eligibility Conditions

Required qualifications as per the norms prescribed by Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission.

Application Fee

Rs.250: For General category (including General Physically Disabled i.e. Orthopaedically disabled, Deaf & Dumb, Hearing impaired / W.F.F. of HP / Ex Servicemen relieved from Defence Services on their own request before completion of normal tenure) students of Himachal Pradesh or any other state of India.
Rs.63: For SC / ST / OBC candidates of Himachal Pradesh
Ex-Servicemen of Himachal Pradesh / Ex-Servicemen, who are relieved from Defence Services after completion of normal tenure / Blind or Visually Impaired candidates of Himachal Pradesh, are exempted from paying the application fee.

How to Apply

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply online by visiting the official website of HPPSC: http://www.hp.gov.in/hppsc
The online application window is now open and will close on 16^th Apr, 2013 (upto 11:59 pm).
Application fee is to be paid at any branch of Punjab National Bank, through E-Challan (downloadable from the website of HPPSC).
After submitting the online application form, candidates have to take a print out of the same on A4 size paper, and send it along with the HPPSC copy of Bank Challan, and attested copies of all requisite documents, to:
