Applications are invited from experienced and capable aspirants for recruitment of following posts:

• Chief Manager (Grade VI)
• Senior Manager (Grade V)

Note

• The recruitment is to be done on contract basis for Aircraft Division, Bangalore. Candidates as a serving / retired Officer from Indian Navy in the level of Commander / Captain will be posted at INS, Vizag, while candidates as a Wing Cadre / Group Captain from IAF will be posted at Airforce Station, Bidar.
• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of initial screening and personal interview. Candidates, who have been short-listed on the basis of initial screening, will be called for the personal interview. Candidates will be informed personally about the schedule of interview through email / HAL website / by post.

Eligibility Conditions

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
• Minimum 12 years of experience for the post of Chief Manager and minimum 9 years of experience for the post of Senior Manager in the relevant field.

Required Age

• 45 years: Senior Manager
• 48 years: Chief Manager
• Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / XSM candidates as per government norms

Application Fee: Rs 400/- (Exempted for SC / ST / PWD candidates)

• For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs 400, drawn in favor of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Aircraft Division, payable at Bangalore.
• Candidates should mention their name and post applied for on the reverse side of the DD.
• Application form, duly complete in all respect, along with the a DD and attested photocopies of all certificates, should be submitted to The Senior Manager (HR), Aircraft Division, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Bangalore Complex, PB No. 1788, Bangalore (Karnataka) - 560017, by ordinary post.
• Candidates should mention “Name of the Post Applied For _________, Discipline ________ and Advertisement No. ___________” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
