Applications are invited from talented, eligible and competent Indian candidates for the posts of Executive Trainees for the following disciplines:

Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the Written Test, followed by Personal Interview. The written test is scheduled to be held on 9^th Dec, 2012, at Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai and Guwahati centers. The test schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ admit card. Candidates qualified in the written test will be called for the personal interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Chemical / Pulp & Paper Technology / Civil / Information Technology

B.Tech / BE Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation & Electronics / Chemical Engineering / Pulp & Paper Technology / Civil Engineering / Computer Science & Information Technology with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a reputed University / Deemed University / Autonomous Indian Institution

For Environment

Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Environmental Engineering with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a reputed University

For Human Resources / Marketing / Commercial / Purchase

Bachelor’s Degree in any subject, with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in the relevant disciplines such as MA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or MBA Degree with specialization in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Material Management / Marketing with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a reputed University

For Finance

CA / ICWA with minimum 55% marks in aggregate or MBA Degree in Finance with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a reputed University

For Forestry

Bachelor’s Degree in Science, with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Forestry Management or MBA Degree with specialization in Forestry Management with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a reputed University

Required Age

Candidates should be above the age of 22 years and below the age of 30 years.
Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PWD candidates provided as per organization norms

For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs.100, drawn in favor of Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited, payable at Kolkata.
Candidates should mention their application number, name, discipline and category on the reverse side of the DD.
After successful submission of the online application form, the system will generate an Application Confirmation Form with unique Registration Number, which candidates are required to print out and use for the further process.
