Eligibility Conditions
For Executive Director (Infrastructure Development)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
- MBA Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Engineering from a recognized University / Institute is desirable.
- Minimum 28 years of work experience in large construction projects, of which minimum 10 years of experience as Head of the Unit / Division / Major Projects
- Experience in handling hospital building projects is desirable.
- Good exposure in other Engineering and General Management Functions will be considered as an added advantage.
- Candidates should be below the age of 57 years.
For Chief Finance Officer (HBL)
- CA / ICWA Degree from a recognized Institute
- Minimum 17 to 20 years of post qualification experience in dealing with Corporate Financial Management, including Cost and Budgetary Control, Institutional / Multilateral Finance, and Working Capital Management in a reputed Organization
- Should have work experience in dealing with Financial Planning, Project Structuring and Modelling of Projects, Contract Management, Procurement, and related areas
- Minimum last three years of work experience at Senior Management Level Functions, in the reputed public / private sector companies
- Candidates should be below the age of 50 years.
For Head (Central Engineering Services)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 20 years of work experience in Planning, Execution and Delivering of Engineering Solutions for Major Engineering Projects, for well reputed companies
- Candidates should be below the age of 57 years.
For Deputy Manager / Manager (Procurement)
- B Pharma or MHA Degree from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Procurement of Healthcare Products
- Experience in procurement of surgical implants will be preferred.
- Candidates should be below the age of 40 years.
For Senior Pharmacist (Lifecare Centre)
- D Pharma or B Pharma Degree from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 10 years (D Pharma) or 4 years (B Pharma) work experience in Medical / Surgical Retail Outlet business
- Candidates should be below the age of 40 years.
