Note

• Candidates’ appointment is to be done on fixed term contract basis. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening will be called for the interview. The Interview schedule and centre address will be intimated to all short-listed candidates through call letter.

Eligibility Conditions

For Head (Corporate R&D Centre)

• PhD Degree in Science / Engineering / Medicine from a recognized University
  
  
• Minimum 20 years of work experience in a reputed National / International / Industrial / Institute level research, development and technology management activities, of which minimum 10 years of experience should be at senior level position
  
  
• Experience in healthcare products / devices, and exposure to technology management, including patent related issues will be considered as an added advantage.
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 65 years. 

For Head (HLL Academy)

• PhD Degree in Science / Engineering / Management / Medicine from a recognized University
  
  
• Minimum 20 years of work experience in the academic field, of which 5 years of experience should be on a position of Head / Dean in a reputed academic Institute
  
  
• Should have ability to lead, manage and develop a team of Academicians / Professors, conceptualize and design courses, obtain accreditation / recognition from University / other Regulatory Agencies, and can collaborate with top Universities / Institutes within and outside India
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 65 years.

For Deputy General Manager (GBDD)

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• MBA Degree from a reputed Institute is desirable.
  
  
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant work experience in Liaisoning with Government Departments, and in handling Government Business.
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 40 years.

For Nodal Officer (GBDD)

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience in Liaisoning with Govt. Departments
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.
