Admission for Foreign Nationals/Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs)/Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) under Direct Admission for Students Abroad (DASA) for Undergraduate Programs for the academic year 2018 at International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Hyderabad (India). Admission to various B.Tech Courses at IIIT Hyderabad will be done through four channels, namely, JEE Main 2018, Direct Admission for Students of Abroad (DASA), NTSE, KVPY (NK), and Olympiad. The online application process for applicants applying through DASA is expected to start from 02nd Mar, 2018.

Programs Offered
Four-year Single Degree Programs:
- [CSE] B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering.
- [ECE] in B.Tech in Electronics and Communications and Engineering.
Five year Dual Degree Programs:
- [CSD] B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering and Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering by Research.
- [ECD] B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Master of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering by Research.
- [CLD] B.Tech in Computer Science and Master of Science in Computational Linguistics by Research.
- [CND] B.Tech in CS and Master of Science in Computational Natural Sciences by Research.
- [BSD] B.Tech in Civil Engineering and Master of Science in Building Sciences and Engineering by Research.
Total no. of Seats in each channel
- Channel [JEE Main 2018], Programs – CSE, ECE, CSD, ECD, CND and BSD – 210 Seats
- Channel [DASA], Programs – CSE, CSD, ECE, ECD, BSD, CND, CLD – 35 Seats
- Channel [NTSE, KVPY (NK)], Programs – CND – 15 Seats (includes Olympiad)
- Channel [Olympiad], Programs – CSD, ECD, CND, BSD and CLD – 15 Seats (15 (Includes KVPY and NTSE)
DASA B.Tech Eligibility Conditions
- Applications must have complete 12th class or equivalent by May 2018 or earlier.
- Applicants must have scored at least 60% marks (or 6.0 grades on 10 point scale) in each of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Applicants must satisfy one of the following conditions:
- Students 11th and 12th or equivalent outside India.
- Hold a foreign passport.
- Applicant must have a minimum aggregate score of 1600 (out of maximum of 2400) in old format SAT and also a minimum aggregate score of 2000 (out of maximum of 2400) in SAT Subject Test in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
