The Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad has invited applications for admission to its below given full-time and part-time  courses:

• Master of Technology (M.Tech)
• Master of Science (M.Sc)
• Master of Science Technology (M.Sc Tech) and
• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) for the session 2017.

Eligibility Conditions

Educational Qualification:

For M.Tech programme:
Aspiring candidates should have a degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute.

For M.Sc\M.Sc Tech programme: 
Aspiring candidates should have obtained a Bachelor's of Science (B.Sc) degree from a recognised university or institute.

Selection Procedure:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of GATE score, NET rank, qualify in IIT(ISM) JRF Entrance Examination (JRFEE) and B.Tech from IITs in respective discipline with OGPA/CGPA 8.5 and above.

Application fee:

For General Category Candidates
An application fee of Rs 2,000 needs to be paid by the candidates for the registration procedure.

For SC/ST/PC Category Candidates
 Candidates can make the payment of Rs. 1,000 for the registration procedure. The payment should be done through online mode.

• 10^th Mar, 2017

For PhD programme:

• 20^th Mar, 2017

Last date for submission of application:

For M.Sc\M.Sc Tech programme:

• 11^th Apr, 2017

For M.Tech\PhD programme:

• 20^th Apr, 2017

For 3 year M.Tech programme:

• 26^th Jun, 2017
