Online applications are invited in the prescribed format for admissions to Ph. D programmes in the various disciplines of Agricultural Sciences at Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi, and disciplines of Agricultural Engineering at Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering (CIAE), Bhopal and disciplines of Horticulture 7 Post Harvest Technology at Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (IIHR), Bengaluru, for the academic session 2014-15.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have obtained at least 60% marks OR an overall grade point average (OGPA) of 7.50 out of 10.00 OR 3.75 out of 5.00 OR 3.00 out of 4.00 OR 2.25 out of 3.00 in Masters Degree Programme.

For General/OBC candidates: At least 60% marks OR an overall grade point average (OGPA) of 7.50 out of 10.00 OR 3.75 out of 5.00 OR 3.00 out of 4.00 OR 2.25 out of 3.00 in Masters Degree Programme

For SC/ST/PC candidates: At least 55% marks OR OGPA of 7.00 out of 10.00 OR 3.50 out of 5.00 OR 2.80 out of 4.00 OR 2.10 out of 3.00 in Masters Degree Programme

NOTE: The candidates who have appeared in the Master’s degree examination in the year 2014 are also eligible to apply provisionally for admission.
