Applications are invited from skilled and qualified candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Division of Entomology. 

Note

• The recruitment is to be done on temporary basis, for a period of three years or till the time of completion of the project. 
• The appointment is to be done for the project titled “Characterization of Native Bacillus Thuringiensis (BT) Isolates and Their Evaluation For Insecticidal Activity Towards Agriculturally Important Insect Pests For Development of Biopesticides”, under the supervision of Principal Investigator, Dr. Vinay Kalia.
• Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of walk-in-interview. The interview is scheduled to be held on   28^th Feb, 2012. The interview will be held at Division of Entomology, IARI, New Delhi - 110012, from 10.00 am onwards.

Eligibility Conditions

• M Sc Degree in Entomology / Zoology (with Entomology) / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have experience in the field of Entomology
• Should have knowledge of Computer Applications
• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years (Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC candidates as per government norms).

• Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to apply, can appear for the Walk-in-Interview.
• The interview is scheduled to be held on February 28, 2012, at Division of Entomology, IARI, New Delhi - 110012, from 10.00 am onwards.
• Candidates should bring a detailed Bio-data with two passport-size photographs and Original & attested Xeroxed copies of all relevant certificates / documents along with them.
