Applications are invited from capable and skilled candidates for the posts of Research Associate. 

Note

• The recruitment is to be done on contractual basis, for a period of one year, which can be extended further as per candidate performance. Appointment of the candidates is to be done for DBT funded project titled Biofortication of Wheat for Micronutrients through Conventional & Molecular Approaches - Phase II. 

• Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Walk-in-Interview.

Eligibility Conditions

• Doctorate Degree in Plant Breeding / Genetics / Agricultural Botany / Life Sciences / Biochemistry from a recognized University
           Or   
  M. Sc Degree in any of these subjects from a recognized University / Institute with minimum three years of research experience in the field
  
  
• Should have working experience in Crop Plants
  
  
• Should have basic Computer Skills
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years (Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC candidates provided as per ICAR rules). 

How to Apply

• Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to apply, can appear for the Walk-in-Interview.
  
  
• The interview is scheduled to be held on  12^th Jun, 2012, at IARI-Regional Station, Residency Area (Near College of Agriculture), Indore (Madhya Pradesh) - 452001, from 11.00 am onwards.
