Applications are invited from eligible, skilled and capable Indian candidates for the following positions:

• Civilian Motor Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade)
• Multi Tasking Staff (Daftary) 

Note

• Candidates’ appointment is to be done on direct recruitment basis, in Indian Coast Guard Headquarters, New Delhi. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in Written Test, followed by Interview and Driving Test. Candidates qualified in the written test will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For Civilian Motor Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade)

• Passed 10th Standard from a recognized Board / School
  
  
• Must have valid driving license for both heavy and light motor vehicles
  
  
• Minimum two years of experience in driving Motor Vehicles
  
  
• Good knowledge of Motor Mechanism (should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles)
  
  
• Candidates should be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 27 years.

For Multi Tasking Staff (Daftary)

• Passed Matriculation or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board
  
  
• Minimum two years of work experience as Office Attendant
  
  
• Candidates should be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 27 years.
