Applications are invited from knowledgeable and skilled professionals for various posts for the following positions:

• Assistant Finance & Accounts Officer
• Upper Division Clerk (UDC) 

Note

• Appointment of the candidates is to be done on Permanent Absorption / Transfer / Deputation basis. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of interview. Candidates, short-listed in the initial screening by the selection committee will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For Assistant Finance & Accounts Officer

• On Deputation / Transfer Basis: Should be an officer, holding analogous post in Institutes / ICAR Headquarters (Deputation/Transfer done for a minimum period of one year)
         Or  
  On Promotion Basis: Should be a Junior Account Officer in the pay band-2 Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs 4200 (PB-2), with minimum 5 years of regular service in the grade from other Institutes / Headquarters of the council on permanent absorption basis or should be a Assistants, having minimum 5 years of regular service in the grade of pay band of 2 Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs 4200, and have qualified ICAR Audit & Accounts Exam conducted by ICAR

For Upper Division Clerk (UDC)

• On Regular Basis: Should be a Lower Division Clerk, having minimum 8 years of regular service in the grade working at ICAR Institutes / Headquarters
          Or
  On Deputation Basis: Should be a regular UDC of ICAR Headquarters / Institutes, for a period of one year    
          Or  
  On Transfer Basis: Should be a regular UDC of ICAR Headquarters / Institutes
