Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the posts of Library Trainee. The recruitment of candidates is to be done on temporary basis for a period of two years.

Note

Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of written test and personal interview. The test / interview schedule and centre will be informed to all short-listed candidates.

Eligibility Conditions

Master in Library & Information Science (M Lib Sc) with basic degree in Science from a recognized University / Institute
Good knowledge of Computer Applications
Should have working knowledge of any Library Software and Open Source Software
Should have experience with preservation and conservation procedure of the library materials
Candidates should be below the age of 25 years (Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC candidates provided as per government norms).
