Applications are invited from knowledgeable candidates, for the posts of Project Assistant for the following positions:

• Project Assistant Level I
• Project Assistant Level II
• Project Assistant Level III
• Project Assistant Level IV 

Note

• Appointment of the candidates is to be done on temporary basis for a period of one year, which can be extended further as per candidate performance or till the completion of the project. Candidates will be recruited at IIIM Jammu and its Branch Laboratory, Srinagar. 

• Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Walk-in-Interview. The interview is scheduled to be held on  1^st Jun, 2012. The interview will be held at Conference Hall, IIIM Jammu, Canal Road, Jammu (J&K), from 08.00 am onwards.

Eligibility Conditions

For Project Assistant Level I

• B Sc Degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have research experience in the relevant field
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 25 years

For Project Assistant Level II

• M Sc Degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field
       Or
  BE / B Tech / B Pharma / BAMS Degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Research experience in the relevant field is desirable.
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 28 years.

For Project Assistant Level III

• M Sc Degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field
      Or
  ME / M Tech / M Pharma Degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Research experience in the relevant field is desirable.
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 32 years.

For Project Assistant Level IV

• PhD Degree in Chemical Sciences / Pharmaceuticals Science / Life Science from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years. 

How to Apply

• Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to apply, can appear for the Walk-in-Interview.
  
  
• The interview is scheduled to be held on  1^st Jun, 2012, at Conference Hall, IIIM Jammu, Canal Road, Jammu (J&K), from 08.00 am onwards.
  
  
• Candidates should bring a detailed Bio-data with one passport-size photograph and Original & attested photocopies of all relevant certificates / documents along with them.
