All the eligible candidates are invited for following faculty positions at various levels:

Note

The abovementioned faculty positions are offered in Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Computer Sciences, Earth and Environmental Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences (Economics, English and Psychology), Mathematical Sciences and Physical Sciences. Selection will be made through personal interview to be conducted by the Institute.

Eligibility Conditions

For Assistant Professor (on contract)

Should have obtained PhD with a first class or equivalent at the preceding degree and a good academic record throughout

Note: This position will enable the candidate to teach and gain research experience

For Assistant Professor

Should have obtained PhD with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree and a very good academic record throughout
Should have minimum 3 years of post-doctoral experience from premier institutes

For Associate Professor

Should have obtained PhD with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree and a very good academic record throughout
Should have minimum 6 years of teaching/research experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor

For Professor

Should have obtained PhD with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree and a excellent academic record throughout
Should have obtained minimum 10 years of teaching / researchexperience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IISc Bangalore, IISERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or foreign institution or institution of comparable standards as may be so decided by IISER Bhopal
