Applications are invited from skillful and capable candidates for Walk-in Written Test & Interview for various positions, for recruitment 2013. The recruitment is to be done for Green Sensor Network for Air Quality Support (GENIUS), and Cyber Physical Systems (CPS) - Healthcare Project, for the following posts:

Project Assistant / Senior Project Assistant
Project Associate / Project Officer
Project Technician / Senior Project Technician

Note

Candidates’ appointment is to be done for a period of one year. Further extension will be given to them after scrutinizing their performance during the job. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in Written Test and Interview, to be conducted on 21^st Mar, 2013 (9:30 am onwards), at IIT Hyderabad, Ordnance Factory Estate, Yeddumailaram (Andhra Pradesh) - 502205. Eligibility Conditions

For Project Assistant / Senior Project Post

M.Sc Degree or any equivalent degree in Statistics / Mathematics from a recognized University / College
Should possess strong knowledge in the areas of Hypothesis Testing, Model Selection, Model Fitting, Parametric and Non-parametric Estimation, Algebra / Linear Algebra, Fuzzy Logic, and Compressive Sensing.

For Project Associate / Project Officer

M.Tech Degree or any other degree equivalent thereto in Communication and Signal Processing or its related stream from a recognized University / College.
Candidates should have strong knowledge in the areas of signal processing, biomedical signal processing, signal representation, signal compression, signal classification, digital communication, wireless communication, wireless sensor networks, estimation and detection theory, circuit design, PCB design, and proficiency in MATLAB programming.

For Project Technician / Senior Project Technician

MCA Degree or any other degree equivalent thereto from a recognized University / College.
Should possess strong knowledge of programming languages including Java and C++, mobile OS and platforms, Android app development, and knowledge of socket programming.

How to Apply

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can appear for Walk-in Written Test and Interview.
The written test and interview are scheduled to be held on 21^st Mar, 2013 (9:30 am onwards), at IIT Hyderabad, Ordnance Factory Estate, Yeddumailaram (Andhra Pradesh) - 502205.
Candidates should bring their complete bio-data, with recent passport size photograph, and original & photocopies of all requisite documents, along with them on the day of interview.
