Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Written Test, Practical Test / Presentation and Personal Interview. Candidates qualified in the test will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For Deputy Registrar (Administration)

Master's Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC 7 point scale
Minimum 9 years of working experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs.6000 and above with experience in educational administration
Or
Should have comparable experience in research establishment or other Institutions of higher education
Or
Minimum 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or its equivalent post in a reputed Institute

For Junior Technical Superintendent (Department of Physics / Department of Electrical Engineering)

M Sc Degree or B Tech / BE Degree in appropriate field from a recognized University / Institute
Or
B Sc Degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field
Or
MCA Degree with one year of working experience in the relevant field
Good working knowledge of Computer Applications
Working experience in the relevant field is desirable.
Candidates should be below the age of 32 years (Age relaxation for OBC / SC / ST candidates provided as per government norms).

Candidates can also obtain the application form from the Recruitment Cell in-person or by sending a self-addressed envelope (28 cm x 12 cm), with stamps of Rs.10 on it, to the Superintendent (Recruitment Cell, Room No. MZ - 113), IIT Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi - 110016, by super-scribing Request for Application Form - Advertisement No. E-II / 05 / 2012 (E) on the envelope, before 10 days from the last date of receiving the filled application form.
For paying the application fees, candidates can obtain a DD / IPO for Rs.100 / Rs.50 drawn in favor of Registrar, IIT Delhi, payable at New Delhi.
Application for, duly complete in all respect, along with passport-size photograph, DD / IPO and attested copies of all relevant certificates, should be submitted to The Superintendent (Recruitment Cell, Room No. MZ-113), IIT Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi - 110016, by post on or before 22^nd Jun, 2012.
Candidates should mention Application for the post of ________ on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
