Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following programmes offered in various research areas for 2015.

• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Biological Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Chemical Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Civil Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Electrical Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Mechanical Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Materials Science & Engineering

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates should at least 55% marks or 5.5 CPI marks in M.A/ M.Sc/ B.Tech/ M.Tech or equivalent degree in appropriate branches.

Selection Procedure

• Admission is generally offered on the basis of an interview, which is supplemented by a written test if necessary.
• The institute will invite a limited number of candidates for a written test and interview based on the academic records, statement of purpose, etc.
• The final selection will be mainly based on academic credentials, written test and/or interview.

• Last date for receipt of application form: 20^th Feb, 2015.
• Web announcement of short-listed candidates for written test/interview: 27^th Feb, 2015.
• Date of written test/interview: 19^th Mar, 2015 to 22^nd Mar, 2015.
