Applications are invited from eligible and experienced candidates for the following positions:

  • Chief Engineer (Project) (On deputation / contract basis)
  • Superintendent Engineer 

Note

  • Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Test or Interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening on the basis of academics and work experience will be called for the test / interview. The test / Interview schedule will be intimated to all short-listed candidates through call letter, by the screening committee. Eligibility Conditions 

For Chief Engineer (Project)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute

  • Minimum 15 years of work experience in Civil Engineering, in Construction, Planning, Contract Management and Execution of Building works, and in Functional Services such as water supply, sewerage, road, etc.

  • Should have knowledge of preparation of Estimates and Tender Documents, with good experience of dealing with Maintenance of Township

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience as Superintending Engineer in Pay Band-4, grade pay Rs.8700, in CPWD / MES / PSU / Govt Autonomous Bodies

  • Post Graduation in Civil Engineering from a recognized University is desirable.

  • Should have experience / exposure of coordinating various services in an integrated manner required for campus construction such as Air conditioning, Solar Heating System, Electrical, Telephone, Local Area Network, Rain Water Harvesting, and Implementing green building concept in the campus, and in various other aspects required in the development of a world class campus township

For Superintendent Engineer

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute

  • Minimum 15 years of work experience in Civil Engineering, Construction, Planning, Contract Management and Execution of Building Works, and in Functional Services like water supply, sewerage, road, etc.

  • Should have knowledge of preparation of Estimates and Tender Documents, with good experience of dealing with Maintenance of Township

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in the position of Executive Engineer or its equivalent

  • Post Graduation in Civil Engineering from a recognized University is desirable.

  • Should have experience / exposure of coordinating the various services in a integrated manner required for the campus construction like Air conditioning, Solar heating system, Electrical, Telephone, Local area network, Rain water harvesting, and implementing the green building concept in the campus.

  • Candidates should be below the age of 55 years.
