Type: Employment Notices

Applications are invited from eligible and skillful candidates for various Administrative Cadre (Group A) Posts for the following positions:

• Safety Officer (Institute)
• Medical Officers (Health Centre)
• Security Officer (Security Unit) 

Note

• Candidates’ appointment is to be done on regular / deputation / contract basis for a period of five years. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in Written Test, Trade Test and Personal Interview. Candidates qualified in the written test / trade test will be called for the interview. 

• The test schedule and centre address will be intimated to all short-listed candidates through call letter, by the screening committee. For more information regarding the recruitment, candidates can visit the official website of IIT Kanpur: http://www.iitk.ac.in/

• Required qualifications as per organization norms 

Application Fee: Rs.500 (Exempted for SC / ST / PWD candidates)

• In addition, the application form can also be obtained in person or by sending a self-addressed envelope (size 28 x 12 cm) with affix postage stamp of Rs.10 on it, to the Registrar, (Attn), Recruitment Section, Room No 224, 2nd Floor (Faculty Building), IIT Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh - 208016.
  
  
• For paying the application fee, candidates should obtain a Demand Draft (DD) For Rs 500, drawn from any nationalized bank, in favor of The Registrar, IIT Kanpur, payable at Kanpur.
  
  
• Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with recent passport size photograph, DD and photocopies of all requisite documents, should be sent to the:
