All the Eligible Candidates are invited for the post of Senior Research Fellow. The recruitment is to be done for the project titled “Bio prospecting of genes and allele mining for stress tolerance”. The post offered is purely temporary / contractual, time bound and co-terminus with the Project / Scheme or earlier depending on performance.

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the walk-in-interview.

Eligibility Conditions

Essential Qualification:

• Should have obtained M Sc / M Sc (Agriculture) degree in Vegetable Science / Horticulture / Plant Breeding / Biotechnology with experience in Molecular Markers

Desirable Qualification:

• Should have working experience on vegetable crops and knowledge of Computer in relevant fields

Required Age

• Not more than 40 years for Men and 45 years for Women (Relaxable for SC / ST / OBC / PH candidates as per rules)

How To Apply

• Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to apply, can appear for walk-in interview, which is scheduled to be held on December 15, 2011 at 10.00 am in the IIVR Campus, Varanasi.
• In order to appear for the interview, one must bring an application bio-data giving details of educational qualification(s) and one recent photograph affixed thereon.
• Candidates must also bring original copies of all educational and other certificates at the time of walk-in-interview.
