Applications are invited from dynamic Indian scientist for the posts of Scientists in B / C / D levels for the following positions:

• Scientist B (INCOIS, Hyderabad / NCAOR, Goa / NIOT, Chennai)
• Scientist C (NCAOR, Goa / INCOIS, Hyderabad / NCMRWF, Noida / NIOT, Chennai / ICMAM, Chennai / CMLRE, Kochi)
• Scientist D (NCAOR, Goa / NCMRWF, Noida / ICMAM, Chennai / CMLRE, Kochi / NIOT, Chennai) 

Appointment of candidates is to be done for the following centres:

• Integrated Coastal and Marine Area Management (ICMAM), Chennai
• National Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasting (NCMRWF), Noida
• Centre for Marine Living Resources & Ecology (CMLRE), Kochi
• National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT), Chennai
• National Centre for Antarctic & Ocean Research (NCAOR), Goa
• Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services (INCOIS), Hyderabad 

Note

• Selection of candidates is to be done on the basis of their performance in the interview.
  
  
• Candidates short-listed on the basis of their qualification and work experience will be called for the interview. Final decision will be made by the selection committee.

Eligibility Conditions

For Scientist B

• Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline or B.E / B.Tech Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University
  
  
• Doctorate Degree / M.Tech Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University is desirable.

For Scientist C

• Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline or B.E / B.Tech Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the relevant field
  
  
• Doctorate Degree / M.Tech / Ph.D Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University is desirable.

For Scientist D

• Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline or B.E / B.Tech Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University
  
  
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in the relevant field
  
  
• Doctorate Degree / M.Tech / Ph.D Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University is desirable.

• The last date for online registration is  14^th May, 2012 till 17.00 hrs.
  
  
• After successful submission of the application form, the system will generate a complete Application form with unique Registration Number and Password, of which candidates should take a printout and use it for the further process.
  
  
• Printed Application form, along with copies of all relevant certificates, should be submitted to the respective organization address mention in the advertisement, by registered post on or before  21^st May, 2012.
  
  
• Candidates belonging to far-flung areas can submit their printed application form till  29^th May, 2012.
  
  
• Candidates should mention “Application for the Post Code _______” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
  
  
• Candidates applying for various posts should apply with separate application form for each post.
