Applications are invited from knowledgeable and experienced candidates for the following positions:

• Deputy Registrar
• Assistant Registrar 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in academics, work experience and Interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions 

For Deputy Registrar

• Master’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 9 years of work experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs 6000 and above with experience in Educational Administration
                      Or
  Should have comparable experience in Research Establishment and / or other Institutions of Higher Education
                       Or
  Minimum 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or its equivalent post.
  
  
• Must have practical experience of using relevant software in the related field

For Assistant Registrar

• Master’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a responsible supervisory position, of which minimum 3 years of experience should be in the immediate lower grade, i.e. Pay Band - 2 Rs.9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4,600 in Govt. funded Academic Institution.
  
  
• Must have practical experience of using relevant software in the related field

Age Limit

• 52 years: Deputy Registrar
• 48 years: Assistant Registrar
• Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC candidates provided as per government norms. 

Application Fee: Rs.100 (Exempted for SC / ST candidates)

• Candidates can also obtain the application from the Office of the Deputy Registrar (Estt), by sending a DD for Rs.100, along with a self-addressed envelope (30 x 12 cm size) with affixed stamp of Rs.50 on it, to the Deputy Registrar (Estt), ISM, Dhanbad (Jharkhand) - 826004.
  
  
• For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs.100, drawn in favor of Registrar, ISM Dhanbad, payable at Dhanbad.
  
  
• Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with recent passport size photograph, DD (with downloaded form), and attested copies of all the relevant certificates, should be submitted to:
