Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the posts of Ayurveda Medical Officers. 

Note

• The recruitment is to be done on contract basis.
• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in academics, work experience and interview.
• Only short-listed candidates will be called for the interview.
• The interview schedule will be infirmed personally to all the candidates by the Indenting Authority.

Eligibility Conditions

• Passed Matric or its equivalent qualification from a Himachal Pradesh recognized Board / University
• Five years of Degree in Ayurveda from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have done Rotatory Internship as per requirement of the Central Council of Indian Medicine
• Should have knowledge of Customs / Manner of Himachal Pradesh
• Candidates should be below the age of 45 years (Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / EXS candidates as per government norms).

• Application form, duly complete in all respect, along with photocopies of all relevant documents, should be submitted to the Director of Ayurveda, Ayurved Bhavan, B - 26, SDA Complex, Kasumpti, Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) - 171009, by post on or before  11^th April, 2012.
• Candidates belonging to Tribal areas - L&S, Pangi, Bharmour of Chamba, Kinnaur & Dodra Kwar of District Shimla, can submit their application form till  18^th April, 2012.
