Applications are invited from knowledgeable and experienced Indian candidates for various faculty posts in MBA Programme for the following positions:

• Professor
• Associate Professor
• Assistant Professor 

Note

• Candidate’s appointment is to be done on contract basis for a period of one year. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in academics, work experience and personal interview. 

• Candidates short-listed in the initial screening will be called for the interview. The interview schedule will be intimated to all short-listed candidates, by the selection committee. Eligibility Conditions

For Professor

• PhD degree in the concerned / relevant discipline from a recognized University
  
  
• Should have published high quality of work, actively engaged in research and have evidence of publishing minimum 10 publications as books / research / policy papers
  
  
• Minimum 10 years of teaching / research / industry experience, out of which 5 years of experience should be at Associate Professor or minimum 13 years of teaching / research / industry experience
  
  
• Should have evidence of guiding PhD candidates
  
  
• Should have contributed in various Educational Innovation, Design of New Curricula & Courses, and Technology - Mediated Teaching Learning Process
  
  
• Must have the minimum score as specified in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) set out in the UGC Regulations of 2010 in Appendix III

For Associate Professor

• PhD degree in the relevant discipline with good academic record from a recognized University
  
  
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have published high quality of work with a minimum of 5 publications as books / research / policy papers
  
  
• Should have evidence of PhD students
  
  
• Minimum 5 years of teaching / research / industry experience, of which 2 years of experience should be post PhD experience

For Assistant Professor

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent qualification with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the relevant field 

Application Fee

• Rs.400: General / OBC candidates
• Rs.200: SC candidates
