Applications are invited from knowledgeable professionals for the post of Company Secretary. 

Note

• Appointment of the candidates is to be done on contract basis for a period of two years, which can be extended further as per candidate performance and company requirement. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Walk-in-Interview. The interview is scheduled to be held on 30^th Aug, 2012. 

• The interview will be held at Indian Railway Stations Development Corporation (IRSDC), 4^th Floor, Palika Bhawan, Sector - XIII, R K Puram, New Delhi - 110066, from 10.00 am onwards. Eligibility Conditions

• Should be an qualified Company Secretary as well as Associate Member of ICSI
  
  
• Candidates, who have additional qualification of Chartered Accountancy / ICWA, will be preferred.
  
  
• Good command over English Language
  
  
• Should have good Drafting Ability and Competency in Corporate Laws and Procedures
  
  
• Minimum one year of post qualification experience in Company Secretary Branch of any Company
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 30 years.
