Indian Rare Earths Limited (IREL), Mumbai has Invited Applications from Eligible Candidates for Various Posts in Different Disciplines:

• HRM Discipline
  • Chief General Manager (HRM)
  • General Manager (HRM) / Deputy General Manager (HRM)
  • Deputy Manager (HRM) / Senior Officer (HRM)
• Finance Discipline
  • Deputy Manager (Finance) / Senior Officer (Finance)
• Technical Discipline
  • Deputy General Manager (Materials)
  • Senior Manager (Materials)

Note: Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of test / interview. Candidates will be short-listed for the test /interview on the basis of their academic qualification and experience. Eligibility Conditions:

HRM Discipline

• Chief General Manager (HRM)
  • Master’s Degree / Postgraduate Diploma / MBA / MA / MSW with specialization in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations from a recognized Universities / Institution
  • Minimum 24 years of working experience in the relevant field
  • Good command over Hindi / Malayalam / Tamil / Oriya languages
  • Candidates should be below the age of 56 years
• General Manager (HRM) / Deputy General Manager (HRM)
  • Master’s Degree / Postgraduate Diploma / MBA / MA / MSW with specialization in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations from a recognized Universities / Institution
  • Minimum 15 years / 20 years of working experience in the relevant field
  • Good command over Hindi / Malayalam / Tamil / Oriya languages
  • Candidates should be below the age of 55 years / 53 years respectively
• Deputy Manager (HRM) / Senior Officer (HRM)
  • Master’s Degree / Postgraduate Diploma / MBA / MA / MSW with specialization in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations from a recognized Universities / Institution
  • Minimum 3 years / 6 years of working experience in the relevant field
  • Good command over Hindi / Malayalam / Tamil / Oriya languages
  • Candidates should be below the age of 38 years / 35 years respectively

Finance Discipline

• Deputy Manager (Finance)/Senior Officer (Finance)
  • Degree of ACA / AICWA from a recognized Institute
  • Minimum 3 years / 6 years of working experience in the relevant field
  • Candidates should be below the age of 38 years / 35 years respectively

Technical Discipline

• Deputy General Manager (Materials)
  • Degree of BE / B Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Metallurgy / Mining / Mineral / Civil from a recognized University / Institutions
  • Master’s degree / Postgraduate Diploma / MBA with specialization in Materials Management from a recognized University / Institutions
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience in the relevant field
  • Candidates should be below the age of 53 years
• Senior Manager (Materials)
  • Degree of BE / B Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Metallurgy / Mining / Mineral / Civil from a recognized University / Institutions
  • Master’s degree / Postgraduate Diploma / MBA with specialization in Materials Management from a recognized University / Institutions
  • Minimum 12 years of working experience in the relevant field
  • Candidates should be below the age of 45 years
