Applications are invited from well-qualified and proficient candidates for the posts of Managers for the following positions:

• Manager (MMG II)
• Manager (Accounts) (MMG II)
• Assistant Manager (JMG I) 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening will be called for the group discussion and personal interview.

Eligibility Conditions 

For Manager (MMG II)

• MBA Degree or PGDBM (2 years) / MBE / MFC / CA with Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Infrastructure / Water sector
  
  
• Candidates, who have excellent understanding of credit related laws, technologies used in water treatment / supply / irrigation, etc., and have all-round experience in project finance / projects development & technical support / service / operations & maintenance, will be preferred.

For Manager (Accounts) (MMG II)

• CA qualification from a recognized Institute
• Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in finalisation of Accounts and Corporate Taxation
• Candidates, who have working experience in NBFC / FIs / Banking Industry with experience in IFRS, will be preferred.

For Assistant Manager (JMG I)

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University

Required Age

• Candidates should be below the age of 30 years.
• Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PH / EXS candidates provided as per government norms
