Applications are invited from highly qualified and dynamic candidates for the positions of Scientist & Engineer (SC) [CEPO] for the following departments:

Civil Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Note

The recruitment for Air Conditioning & Refrigeration post will also be made for Physical Research Laboratory (PRL), Ahmadabad, Gujrat. PRL is an autonomous institution under the Department of Space (DOS), Government of India.

Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in Written Test, followed by and Interview. Candidates will be short-listed on the basis of their academic qualification and bio-data for written test. The ICRB will E-mail call letter containing the test schedule and centre address to all short-listed candidates on their registered mail id.

The written test is scheduled to be held on 5^th May, 2013. The test will be held at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram centers. Those who successfully qualify the written test will be called for interview.

Eligibility Conditions

BE / B.Tech / Grad IETE/AMIE Degree in the relevant discipline or its equivalent qualification with minimum 65% aggregate marks from a recognized University / Institute

Age Limit

Candidates should be below the age of 35 years as on 14^th Mar, 2013.
Age relaxation of three and five years is respectively given to OBC and SC / ST candidates.
Also, Ex-servicemen and Persons with Disabilities are given age relaxation as per the norms prescribed by Government of India.

Application Fee: Rs.100 (Exempted for Women / SC / ST / EXS / PH candidates)

How to Apply

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply online by visiting the official link of ISRO: http://www.isro.gov.in
The registration window for online application began from February 22, 2013 and will close on 14^th Mar, 2013.
After successful submission of the online application form, candidates will get system generated Registration Confirmation Form (Candidates and ISRO copy) and Triplicate of Bank Challan, which should be kept in printed form for further correspondence regarding the recruitment.
Application fee is to be paid through Triplicate of Bank Challan, in the Account No: 32034064593, at any branch of State Bank of India, between 22^nd Feb and 15^th Mar, 2013.
After paying the application fee, candidates will get duly stamped Candidates copy and ISRO copy of Bank Challan.
Registration Confirmation Form (ISRO copy), along with ISRO Challan copy and attested photocopies of all requisite documents should be submitted to the:
