Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following non-teaching posts.

• Sr. Laboratory Assistant (Stores): 01 Post
• Laboratory Assistant (School of Biotechnology): 01 Post
• Technical Assistant (Animal House, School of Life Science): 01 Post
• Deputy Librarian (Central Library): 01 Post
• Office Attendant (MTS): 04 Posts
• Personal Assistant (Group–B): 01 Post
• Security Assistant (Group C): 02 Posts

Eligibility Conditions

For Sr. Laboratory Assistant (Stores)

• Matriculation with Science subjects or 10+2 with Science subject.

For Laboratory Assistant (School of Biotechnology)

• XIIth 55% with Science + 2 years experience/ B.Sc. 50%.

For Technical Assistant (Animal House, School of Life Science)

• Graduate in Science with Knowledge of Computer.

For Deputy Librarian (Central Library)

• Masters degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC’s even point scale and a consistently good academic record.
• Five years experience as an Assistant University Librarian/ College Librarian.
• Evidence of innovative library service and organisation of published work and processional commitment, computerization of library.

For Office Attendant (MTS)

• Matriculation/ ITI.

For Personal Assistant (Group–B)

• Sr. Sec. School Certificate (10+2) with proficiency in shorthand with a speed of 120 w.p.m. and two years experience as Stenographer.

For Security Assistant (Group C)

• Matriculation or equivalent with basic knowledge of Computer and typing.

Application Fee

• For Group-A posts: Rs.500 for General/ OBC candidates; for remaining categories of posts lower than Group- A: Rs.300 for General /OBC candidates; No application fee is payable in respect of SC/ ST/ PH candidates.
