Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University - Hyderabad has invited applications admission to the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme offered in:

• Applied Art
• Architecture
•  Urban and Regional Planning

for commencing academic session 2016.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

Aspiring candidates need to have passed the PG degree examination of the JNAFAU, Hyderabad, or an examination recognised as equivalent by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in the discipline concerned with not less than 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) in aggregate.

Selection Procedure:

The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of PhD Eligibility Entrance Test (PEET) followed by an d interview conducted by the university.

Candidates who have cleared the UGC-CSIR/NET/GATE examination are exempted from the written test and will directly be admitted on the basis of an interview.

Application Fee:

• For General Category Rs.100
• For SC/ST Rs.55 only
