Age Limit

The age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and should not be more than 25 years.

Qualification

Candidates should have bachelor degree with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry and veterinary science / botany / chemistry / mathematics / physics / statistics and zoology or a bachelor degree in agriculture or forestry or engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.

Selection Procedure

The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of written examination and personal interview depending on the number of applications received.

Age Relaxation

The upper age of the candidates in relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below:-

By 5 years for candidates belonging to ST communities.
By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC communities.
By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.

Application fee

Candidates are required to pay application fee Rs 100/- plus service charge Rs 12/- for general categories candidates and IIA categories candidates / IIB categories candidates / IIIA categories candidates / IIIB categories candidates and Rs 50/- plus service charge Rs 12/- for schedule caste categories candidates (SC) / schedule tribe categories candidates (ST) / Category – I categories candidates through online.
