Applications are invited from well-educated and competent Indian citizens for the posts of Officers for the following positions:

• Officer Middle Management Grade (MMG) Scale III - Group A
• Officer Middle Management Grade (MMG) Scale II - Group A
• Officer Junior Management Grade (JMG) Scale I - Group A 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the written test followed by personal interview.
• The written test is scheduled to be held on  13^th May, 2012, at Varanasi center.
• The examination schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ call letter.

• The online registration began from  12^th March, 2012 and will close on   4^th April, 2012.

Eligibility Conditions

For Officer MMG Scale III

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Banking / Finance / Marketing / Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture / Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation / Information Technology / Management / Law / Economics / Accountancy with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as an Officer in any Bank / Financial Institutions.

For Officer MMG Scale II

• Bachelor’s Degree of Law or its equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute with two years of working experience in the field Or
• CA or MBA Degree in Finance / Marketing from a recognized University / Institute with one year of working experience in the field Or
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Dairy / Animal Husbandry / Forestry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture or its equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute with two years of working experience in the field Or
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute with one years of working experience in the field Or
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Banking / Finance / Marketing / Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture / Information Technology / Management / Law / Economics / Commerce / Accountancy with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute with two years of working experience as an officer in Bank / Financial Institution.

For Officer JMG Scale I

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture / Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation / Information Technology / Management / Law / Economics / Accountancy or its equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
• Good command over Hindi and English languages
• Good knowledge of Computer Applications. 

Required Age

• 21 - 40 years: Officer MMG Scale III
• 21 - 32 years: Officer MMG Scale II
• 18 - 28 years: Officer JMG Scale I & Office Assistants

Age relaxation for the SC / ST / OBC / PWD / EXS candidates as per Government norms 

Application Fee

• Rs 500/- General / Other candidates
• Rs 100/- SC / ST / PC candidates 

How to Apply

• Candidates, who fill the eligibility criteria and willing to apply, can fill online application form by visiting the official link of KGSG Bank: http://www.kgsgbank.co.in/recruitment.php
• Online registration began from   12^th March, 2012 and will close on  4^th April, 2012.
• Before filling the application form candidates are required to pay-in the application fee of Rs 500/- / Rs 100/- through Challan, which can be downloaded from the official website of KGSG Bank.
• Candidates can pay the fee amount in any branch of Kashi Gomti Samyut Gramin Bank or Union Bank of India, in the Account No. and Account Name mention on the Challan.
• After paying the application fee through Challan, bank will generate a Transaction ID, Branch Name, Branch Code Number and a Date of Deposit, which candidates are required to fill in the online application form for completing their form.
• Candidates should keep the candidate’s Challan copy with them as prove, as it would be submitted at the time of written test, with affix passport size photograph and duly signed by candidates
• After successful submitting of application form, the system will generate a Registration Number and Password, which candidates are required to keep with them as a future reference.
• After submitting the application form, candidates should take print out of the filled application form, as it will be submitted at the time of Interview.
• Candidates can download their call letter from the Bank’s official website from  30^th April, 2012 to  11^th May, 2012.
