Applications are invited from skillful and experienced professionals for the post of Company Secretary. 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Personal Interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening on the basis of academics and work experience will be called for the Interview.

Eligibility Conditions

• ACS / FCS from a recognized Institute
  
  
• Minimum 10 years of post qualification work experience in Secretarial Practice, of which minimum 5 years of relevant experience should be in Government / Public Sector Undertakings
  
  
• Should have sound knowledge of Companies Act and Company Law Procedures, and Financial and Accounting Management Functions
  
  
• Should have proficiency in working in a computerized eco-system
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 50 years.
