Applications are invited from experienced and skillful professionals for the post of Company Secretary. 

Note

• Candidate’s appointment is to be done on regular / deputation / contractual basis, for East West Metro Corridor Project, Kolkata. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of academics, work experience and Interview. Only initial screening short-listed candidates will be called for the Interview.

Eligibility Conditions 

• Should be a Fellow / Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
  
  
• LLB / LLM Degree from a reputed Institute will be considered as an added advantage
  
  
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant fields, in the reputed organizations

Age Limit

• 40 years: Regular Basis
• 50 years: Deputation Basis
• 63 years: Contractual Basis
• Age relaxation for SC / ST / EXS / Departmental candidates provided as per organization norms 

Application Fee: Rs.100 (Exempted for SC / ST / EXS candidates)
